9:1 Unun using a T200-2 core ptfe wound then 9 trifilar windings around the toroid core. An unun is an impedance transformer, usually 4:1 or 9:1 , which matches an unbalanced antenna to a 50 ohm coaxial cable which is also an unbalanced feedline. (Hence the name Unun Unbalanced input to Unbalanced output)
A 9:1 transformer is often used for an end-fed half wave antenna. Or a non resonant longwire or Vertical Antenna for multiband use with an Antenna tuner.
In the case of a 9:1 Unun it's job is to transform an impedance of 450 ohms at the antenna to 50 ohms at the radio, 50 ohms being the common standard of impedance of most radio equipment at the antenna sockets.
